First thing next morning Wayne repaired the brake wiring and torn wheel well. April located and personally picked up a new fender from another dealer in town and Wayne installed it. Then Wayne pulled the refrigerator and built a new stand as the refrigerator mounting had obviously failed. After less than 4 hours, our rig was better than new!
We just can't sing enough praises about this dealership and their service to their customers. If you buy your rig from them, they consider you family and treat you as such. We feel so lucky to have had our incident right outside Tucson. If this happened anywhere else, I can't imagine they'd have treated us so well, so promptly, and so courteouly. If Eastside RV Liquidators has the rig you're seeking, don't hesitate to buy it from them and join their family!

This is an unexpected addendum to our previous testimonial. We purchased our RV through April during COVID from long distance (northern California) sight unseen, and April made that experience smooth and seamless.
After retiring, we planned a trip through Arizona with a stop in Tucson. We had every intention of calling to meet April and Mark at Eastside RV Liquidators. Unfortunately, we ended up calling them a little sooner than planned. As we approached Tucson, we unfortunately suffered a blowout. The trailer handled fine, we slowed with hazard lights flashing, and pulled off at the next exit. Then we called April and let her know of the events that happened. She immediately swung into action, calling her tire dealers and finding us 5 new difficult to locate Goodyear trailer tires while we changed to the spare. Within a short time, new tires and spare were installed on the trailer at her pricing! The we drove to Eastside for a quick assessment.

We puchased our 2019 Keystone Ultra Light Bullet here. Over the years we've purchased a few other RV's from Dealers and this company by far exceeds in cutomer service as well as fair prices.
Before finding Eastside RV Liquidators we saw a lot junk for our price range.
April, Mark, and Wayne made us feel valued us and that we just weren't a "sale". A couple of minor things needed addressed and they were fixed.
Also, April noticed that the spare tire didn't look right, so she replaced it with a brand new tire. To us it looked alright and like it was still new as we walked around it.
But, she goes the extra mile to inspect everything.
When we picked it up we were given a very good walk through by Wayne, he answered all questions.
The RV was also spotless in and out.
Wayne gave us a very thorough walk through making sure we understood everything if we asked questions.

My husband and I purchased our Encore ROG 12RK from Eastside RV Liquidators and the whole experience was WONDERFUL! This location in Tucson has the best staff to where I felt like I was visiting friends instead of s stuffy dealership.
April and Mark were Awesome and communicated each and every step to where I felt so informed and relaxed with our purchase.
Todd was patient and thorough when we were filling out the paperwork and was detailed and helpful when it came to signing the contract.
Wayne their onsite mechanic genius was the best! He walked around our trailer and tested every button and provided helpful information.
He also stayed after hours to help install our brake controller on our jeep before we left.
I wish I had hours to express on here my feelings of this entire team at Eastside RV Liquidators but I still feel that wouldn't be enough time!

I had been in the market for a used Tiffin Allegro for a couple of months when I found Eastside Liquidators.
The 2012 Allegro was in the finance stage of another buyer when I 1st contacted April.
April told me she would call me if anything changed, and it did, over a week later I received a call from April my Tiffin was available. She had multiple buyers in line (local) but April chose to call me, 1500mi away, I had only met her over the phone. God is so good.
Wayne took me an a walk through and showed me every detail of my new Allegro. Outstanding training.

Wife decided she wanted a Grand Designs Relection 287RLTS, and unfortunately it was a discontinued model. A day later, we located a one year old coach listed by Eastside RV Liquidators on RVTrader.com.We contacted April, who was completely friendly and professional. She reassured us it was gorgeous. She dropped the price to split the cost of tansport to northern California, and put us in contact with a very nice driver, Kevin. We were a little nervous because we bought the trailer without ever seeing it in person--April handled all the details professionally, and waited to cash our cashier's check until after we had the trailer in our possession from Kevin. She even spent hours to film a predelivery inspection for us, but technical difficulties prevented this from working out. While we haven't camped in it yet, the trailer is clean and looks brand new! Just bought a 2017 Landmark 365 5th wheel from Eastside RV Liquidators (Oct 2019). Wasn't sure about them at first given they aren't a "dealer"...turns out they have far better customer service for sales and service than any dealer we've been to. Friendly, no pressure sales, let us spend literally hours in and out of the RV on multiple visits. We asked a ton of questions, never got any hassle or pushback on the time spent with us. We're super picky so we found several minor things for repair that any other dealer I'm sure would have told us forget it...Josh fixed them all and found a couple things we missed and fixed those too. Mark and April (owners) are great, professional and friendly and know the business. Price for the Landmark was under book value but they still negotiated with us. Josh continues to answer maintenance questions via text and email even after we brought it home.
